This young lady was born without lateral incisors (the teeth next to the front two). This caused the smile to look “fangy”. She wanted to feel confident with her smile and make it look like all the correct teeth were there.

We whitened the teeth and then used layered composite bonding to build up the front teeth, camouflage the canines as laterals and the premolars as canines to make it look like she had the right teeth in the right place.
