This lovely lady was born without lateral incisors (the teeth next to the front two). She wanted to feel confident with her smile and make it look like all the correct teeth were there. We ideally wanted to straighten the teeth first but the patient was after a faster appearance and was willing to accept some compromises.

We whitened the teeth and then used layered composite bonding veneers to build up the front teeth, camouflage the canines as laterals and the premolars as canines
