This young man had an unfortunate accident as a child that resulted in him having to have a lot of dental crowns. Over the years these failed and he was left with gaps.

We started his case by straightening the lower teeth using Invisalign. We then whitened the teeth and replaced the missing teeth with dental implants. Finally we replaced the remaining old
crowns and placed porcelain veneers on some of the remaining visible upper teeth.
