This young lady was born without lateral incisors (the teeth next to the front two). This caused the smile to look more pointy. She wanted to feel confident with her smile and make it look like all the correct teeth were there.

We whitened the teeth and then used composite bonding veneers to camouflage the canines as laterals and the premolars as canines. We also built up the front teeth to help close the spaces.
